Terms of Service Agreement


These terms and conditions form a part of the Raise Inspired Kids training agreement with you and apply to your contract with the coaching program or your enrollment in any seminar or purchase of any product. We assume that every client has read these terms and conditions and purchase of a product indicates agreement with these terms and conditions. All references in the text below to "us", "our", "we" or "company" mean Raise Inspired Kids.




Product Policies


100% Satisfaction GUARANTEE on all digital or media products!

If you are not completely satisfied with any product other than a live teleseminar, simply request a full refund within 15 days by emailing support@raiseinspiredkids.com. Be sure to include your order number, name and contact phone number and the credit card number charged. You may keep the product you purchased.

Please note: To prevent abuse of our guarantee, customers requesting more than one refund may be removed from our system and not allowed to purchase any other Raise Inspired Kids recording or product.

If your product arrives damaged, please contact us at support@raiseinspiredkids.com for a replacement. Make sure to include your order number. If we no longer carry that particular product, we retain the right to provide you with a refund, credit or a similar, alternate product of our choosing.

If there is a problem with the download, please contact us at support@raiseinspiredkids.com for a replacement.




Teleseminar Policies


100% Refund on Teleseminar Cancellation (if prior to 7 days).

100% refund with a small processing fee if you notify us at least 7 days prior to the day of the first call of the seminar and strictly follow the procedures listed below. Please note that Raise Inspired Kids promotes each teleseminar well in advance and we stop advertising the event when it is full. Failure to notify us in sufficient time to resell cancelled slots will result in a loss to the company. Thank you for understanding that we will strictly adhere to the following cancellation policy. Please follow instructions below on how to cancel your reservation.

You may substitute a person to "attend" the event in your place if you notify Raise Inspired Kids of this change at support@raiseinspiredkids.com.

If you cancel...

Full refund minus $5 processing fee.

0-6 days prior to the event

No refund. No credit.


If you cancel an event, you will forfeit any bonus offers and must return within 2 weeks of cancellation any non-digital materials, manuals or study guides received before the refund can be issued. You will be charged for items not returned.

If any products are received in conjunction with a seminar or offer, they must be retuned in excellent condition before any refund or credit will be processed. (Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.)

To cancel, at least 7 or more days prior to the event, you must send an e-mail cancellation request to Raise Inspired Kids (support@raiseinspiredkids.com) listing the seminar and date in question, the name on the credit card charged and a phone number where you can be reached. Verbal messages or messages sent through the post do not qualify as a written cancellation. Cancellation notice will be deemed to be the date on which Raise Inspired Kids receives the e-mail notification. Should you fail to notify Raise Inspired Kids via e-mail of your cancellation at least 7 days prior to the event and not "attend" the event, there will be no refunds, credits, or transfers available.

100% Satisfaction Guarantee if you agree to share with us why you were dissatisfied with the seminar. You must notify us within the deadlines listed below. We are completely committed to have you receive benefit from our teleseminars (telephone seminars). If you feel you have not received benefit, we want to know what we could do differently to add value to your life. To qualify for a refund, you must

Verbal messages or messages sent through the post do not qualify as a written request for a refund. Dissatisfaction notice will be deemed to be the date on which Raise Inspired Kids receives the e-mail notification. To qualify for a refund you must comply with the deadlines listed below.

Teleseminars that are only one call: If you are not satisfied with the teleseminar, you are eligible to receive a 100% refund if the refund request is within 48 hours after the seminar. Requirements listed in the first paragraph of Teleseminar Satisfaction Guarantee must be met to receive the refund. There is NO processing fee to issue the refund.

Teleseminars that include two or more calls: If you are not satisfied, you are eligible to receive a 100% refund if you notify Raise Inspired Kids (support@raiseinspiredkids.com) BEFORE the DAY OF THE SECOND CALL of the teleseminar. There is NO processing fee to issue the refund. No refunds will be given if the refund request is not received before the day of the second call of the seminar. Requirements listed in the first paragraph of Teleseminar Satisfaction Guarantee must be met to receive the refund.




General Policies


Program Release

Raise Inspired Kids does not purport to offer any medical, psychological, therapeutic, religious, or other professional advice to users. You acknowledge that seminars, programs, and other products provided by Raise Inspired Kids are not a substitute for treatment of a medical condition. Please seek the advice of counseling and health professionals (physicians, therapists, clergy) as needed regarding the evaluation of any specific information, opinions, advice or content of Raise Inspired Kids products or staff.

You agree to release Katherine Larson Training, Inc., all of its agents and staff from any personal, physical injury or financial liability incurred at, or as a result of, this program. You understand that all action taken is performed voluntarily by yourself and you are fully responsible for actions you take on advice of Raise Inspired Kids.

Your Consent and Policy Changes

By making a purchase and participating in our programs, you consent to the terms outlined in this policy. We retain the right to change this policy at any time. If our practices change at some time in the future, we will post the policy changes to our Web site. Sales made prior to the time any change is posted will be covered under the policy that applied at the time of the sale. This statement is effective as of November 14, 2008.




Coaching Policies


Parent Success Coaching

Raise Inspired Kids parent success coaching is provided by a trained and qualified coach. Coaching is provided over the telephone and the client selects the coach they choose to work with. The goals of the parent coaching are set by the client and focus on helping the parent learn and apply parenting strategies that achieve goals identified by the parent. Additionally, Raise Inspired Kids coaches will teach parent clients how to teach their child the success skills for the 21st century such as mindsets for self-confidence, optimism, independence, persistence, gratitude and compassion.



Satisfaction Guarantee Term

If you choose to cancel your coaching contract, by submitting a written or email request, then you will receive a 100% refund for sessions not yet completed subject to a fee listed in Term of Refund.



Term of Refund

If you choose to cancel a contract before the first session you will receive a 100% refund minus a $25 cancellation fee.

If you choose to cancel a contract after the first paid session, you will receive a 100% refund for sessions not yet received minus a $25 cancellation fee. You will forego the sales price and be charged for all sessions received at the full regular price of $125 per session.



Coaching Calls

Telephone calls with a coach are at the client's expense. Coaches do not call clients.



Terms of Contract

Clients receive the number of months specified on the contract with sessions generally being 3 times per month. Number of months of the contract varies according to each coaching package; however, most coaching packages are for 2 months (6 sessions), 4 months (12 sessions), 6 months (18 sessions) or a full year. After the contract is signed, sessions must begin within two weeks and cannot be suspended or postponed to begin.

Raise Inspired Kids and all its' coaches reserve the right to cancel a contract and in such a case there will be a full refund to the client for all sessions not yet received and a charge to the client at a prorated rate for all sessions received.



Payment

All coaching packages are payable in advance before the first session or, if the package includes an introductory session, before the introductory session. Payment is made on-line with a Master Card, Visa, or Discover Card. Arrangements of payment with a personal check may be negotiated.



Canceling the Contract

All requests to cancel the contract must be submitted to Raise Inspired Kids in writing (3875-A Telegraph Rd. #155, Ventura, California, 93003) or by email (support@raiseinspiredkids.com). Voicemails and verbal discussion do not constitute a written request. Your cancellation notice must be dated 48 hours in advance of a scheduled session or you will be billed for that session. In the event of cancellation, you will forfeit any bonus offers, assessments or extra services offered with your package and will be billed for any extra services or products already received.



Canceling a Session, Rescheduling a Session or Missing a Session

A coach will choose session dates and times jointly with the client at least one month in advance. Sessions may NOT be cancelled or the contract timeframe postponed by the client. Clients may try to reschedule a session if they contact the coach in person at least 48 hours before the scheduled session and are able to arrange another appointment within the month. However, the coach cannot guarantee rescheduling and may have to stick to the prearranged schedule. If you miss a session you will be billed at the regular rate. If you call the coach late you will receive the remainder of your prescheduled time as your session.



Release

You agree to release Raise Inspired Kids and Katherine Larson Training, Inc., all its agents and staff from any personal, physical, or emotional injury incurred as a result of your coaching. You understand that all action taken is performed voluntarily.



Disclaimer

The parent coaching provided is not therapy or counseling and is not designed to replace these type of services. Raise Inspired Kids and coaches do not provide medical diagnoses nor do they replace therapy or health care from medical professionals. If a client feels they or their family need a medical or psychological therapist they are encouraged to seek such professional services. If coaches feel that the client's problems have a psychogenic, medical or functional origin they will refer the client to other professionals.
